The mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk, Ruslan Martsynkiv, announced that he will file a lawsuit against the Cabinet of Ministers in the District Administrative Court of Kyiv for the decision to assign the city to the "red" quarantine zone. He stated this during a briefing broadcast on Facebook.
— Yesterday we filed a claim against the Cabinet of Ministers in the District Administrative Court of Kyiv. Not only the cities of the Ivano-Frankivsk region joined this lawsuit. The city of Ternopil, which has also been in the "red" zone since Monday, is also suing, he said.
Martsynkiv also said that he and the mayor of Ternopil, Sergey Nadal, decided to continue the operation of transport in the mode of special flights, as well as to continue the operation of kindergartens and schools.
