Ukraine officially declared the impossibility of any negotiations with Russia, — decree President Volodymyr Zelenskyi
By his decree, the President of Ukraine entered into force the decision of the National Security Council of September 30 on Ukraine's actions in response to Russia's attempt to annex the territories of Ukraine.
Among other things, the decree states the following: "To establish the impossibility of conducting negotiations with the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin."
The decree also approved the decision of the National Security Council regarding Ukraine's application to join NATO in an accelerated manner.
