Today, the National Anti-corruption Bureau announced a search warrant for People's Deputy "Servant of the People" Sergey Kuzminykh, "exposed for receiving 558 hryvnias of illegal benefits." This was reported by the press service of NABU.
The deputy ignores calls to the investigator, his lawyers claim that the client is in the hospital, but do not say where exactly.
"The decision was made due to the systematic non-appearance of the suspect when summoned by law enforcement agencies, his absence at his place of residence, hiding from NABU detectives," the agency noted.
NABU also notes that Kuzminykh's lawyer reported that the deputy was in a medical institution, but refused to say in which one.
The Bureau believes that the actions of the people's deputy are in the nature of concealment from the bodies of the pre-trial investigation.
It should be noted that earlier it became known that 30% in the form of a kickback Kuzminy pocketed himself when purchasing medical equipment for hospitals in Zhytomyr.
By the way, according to the declaration, Kuzmynykh is not so rich. He has a 2-room apartment in Zhytomyr, and a little more than 200 thousand UAH. He also has a loan from Privatbank that needs to be paid.
