Volunteering

BF "Noble Matter": hot October

For the team of the "Noble Cause" Charitable Foundation and its head Serhii Shutov, the past October seemed very busy.

In particular, during the last month, a team of volunteers took care of help for displaced people, pensioners and disabled people in the village of Kulevcha, Saratsky District, Odesa. Just this week, benefactors handed over 40 food kits, each of which is enough for an entire family, and 20 food packages per person.

Also in October, in view of the approaching cold weather, Serhii Shutov initiated a new and very important good deed - providing firewood to residents of various parts of Odesa.

The fact is that in recent months, thousands of displaced persons from the south of Ukraine have arrived in Odesa region, fleeing the war. These people really need firewood or stoves. And since this issue had to be resolved as soon as possible, the volunteers coped with this challenge with dignity. Two full truckloads of firewood have already been distributed to the needy, and this work will continue.

In addition, as is known, the BF "Noble Cause" has successfully established international cooperation, so Serhiy Shutov went to Moldova twice to collect humanitarian aid from friends of the foundation - the Protestant Christian mission from Chisinau. The people of Odessa even concluded a Memorandum of Cooperation on a long-term basis with their Moldovan colleagues, especially since the benefactors there sympathize with Ukraine and are ready to ship 2-3 tons of humanitarian aid on a permanent basis.

Also, in the near future, on the eve of a severe winter, the foundation's team, fulfilling the promise given to the people, plans to bring the first batch of "bourgeois stoves" to the residents of the Tarutyn OTG.

"I am conducting negotiations, and our partners from Moldova will start shipping next week," said Serhii Shutov.

We will also remind that the other day in the Kyiv district of Odessa, a collective team of philanthropists represented by Serhii Shutov, Mykhailo Pozhivanov and Oleg Radkovsky distributed about 50 food kits to all the needy.

And on Saturday, the volunteers of the "Noble Cause" will go to the front line again - Ukrainian heroes in the Kherson direction are waiting for a precious cargo - five dozen sleeping bags, tactical uniforms, hygiene products, medicines, etc.

In October alone, volunteers visited the front-line zone several times. The defenders were given warm clothes - jackets, pants, army boots, as well as a whole ton of necessary humanitarian gear. Residents of newly liberated villages of the Kherson region received aid in the form of food packages, who met the Ukrainian military and volunteers with tears in their eyes.

According to all forecasts, November is expected to be even "hotter", so the pace of requests from everyone who needs help - displaced people, disabled people, military - will only increase. In this regard, the charity fund once again appeals to everyone who can help, to make a contribution on the website https://cf-noble-cause.com.ua.
