The "eOselya" project works in test mode, but a real mortgage will be issued.
Due to the full-scale invasion of Russia, many Ukrainians were left without homes. That is why the state is already offering favorable conditions for buying housing under the program of preferential state lending. Join the beta testing of the "eOsel" service in the "Diya" application.
How to participate?
At the first stage, the program is available for contract servicemen, defenders of Ukraine, security forces and their family members, as well as doctors, teachers, scientists working in the public and communal sectors.
If you belong to one of the categories, you can join the test and get a home loan. The program provides for the issuance of a mortgage at 3% per annum for up to 20 years with a minimum first payment of at least 20% of the amount. To do this, in the Diya application, you submit an application for participation in the eOselya program and receive a preliminary decision on the approval of the loan amount without going to the bank.
Already during the beta test, your application will go through the entire real process, and the banks' decisions will be real.
