The Cabinet of Ministers approved the Government's Priority Action Plan

Among the main points are the industrial visa-free with the EU, the zero declaration and the accumulative pension system

On September 9, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the Government's Priority Action Plan. This was reported in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers.

As Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal emphasized, the document is fundamental and contains 690 points. Each item has justifications for its importance, responsible performers, a deadline, a performance indicator, and expected results.

"Accordingly, Ukrainian business, analytical centers, people's deputies, and in general every Ukrainian will be able to get acquainted with specific proposals and work plans of the ministries. These are the plans that will help accelerate the recovery of the economy and help people," Shmyhal noted.

The head of government highlighted the following points from the action plan:

• Work with the European Union on "industrial visa-free" and renewal of the Association Agreement. Presentation of more than 30 European integration bills within the framework of the government program "Path to Europe".

• Development of a draft law on a free economic zone for the IT industry.

• Extension of the moratorium on state control and business inspections for 6 months after the end of the quarantine.

• Export support through updating the relevant agency.

• Creation of the Fund for the Development of Rural Territories.

• Introduction of incentives for young families who want to engage in farming.

• Introduction of "zero declaration", that is capital amnesty.

• Completing the liquidation of the State Fiscal Service, as well as providing conditions for the creation of a new effective body that will investigate economic crimes.

• Complex customs reform (open online database of the cost of goods, reduction of the subjective influence of the customs officer on all procedures).

• Installation of more than fifty automatic weighing systems on roads to prevent their destruction.

• Final liquidation of the corruption monster GASA and digitization of permit procedures in construction.

• The sale of subsoil is permitted exclusively at open online auctions.

• Development of a draft law on the accumulative pension system.

The Prime Minister noted that detailed monitoring of the implementation of the Plan will be carried out by the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers.
