As the place of residence, the resident of Gomel indicated "Azkoban, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland". He wrote that he is a "prisoner of Azkoban" by executive order.

In addition, the man pointed to the property, which according to the legislation cannot be levied - "a magic wand, an invisibility cloak, a resurrection stone in the Ministry of Magic." The man also wrote that it was not he, but the bailiff who owed him money.

In relation to the resident of Gomel, the bailiff drew up an administrative protocol, with which the citizen did not agree, he indicated in the explanations that this form was provided blank, they say, the bailiff or his colleagues filled it out themselves.

However, having studied all the materials of the case, the court brought the Gomel resident to administrative responsibility in the form of arrest for five days.
