Ukrainian boxer Vasyl Lomachenko was suspended from boxing for an indefinite period by the New York State Athletic Commission. Exclusion extends only to the territory of the state.
Such a decision was made after a victorious fight with Richard Comma. The opponent of the Ukrainian was also suspended.
We note that such removals are a normal procedure. They are used to preserve the health of boxers after the fight and their full recovery, especially if the boxer has been knocked down or knocked out.
However, in the last fight Vasyl Lomachenko was neither knocked out nor knocked down.
Previously, we wrote that Lomachenko got into a scandal with the flag of his hometown.
