For more than 17 million dollars
Border guards detained a record batch of cocaine in the Yuzhny seaport in the Odesa region. This was reported by the State Border Service of Ukraine.
The drugs were in a container with a load of bananas that arrived on a ship from Ecuador.
In particular, operatives found 100 packaged briquettes with cocaine in the container. The total weight of the drugs is about 112 kg. The value of seized cocaine on the shadow market is more than 17 million US dollars.
An investigation is underway.
