Before that, the man worked as an architect and was in no way connected with the railway, but his wife Lyudmila has been working with Kvartal 2016 LLC since at least 95. 
Moreover, at the beginning of 2019, Lyudmila Vigliano donated 700 thousand hryvnias to the election campaign of the then candidate Zelensky.
According to journalists, in 2021, Alexander Vigliano received an average of more than 200 hryvnias per month from Ukrzaliznytsia.
At least two of "his" people have been appointed by Vladimir Zelensky to the Antimonopoly Committee. She came here in September 2019 Irina Kopaigora - to the position of state representative, as well as Olga Peschanskaya, now leading the body.
According to journalists, Kopaigora worked at the department of legal regulation of the economy at the Kryvorozh Economic Institute, and her father, also a teacher, had previously taught Zelensky himself.
Peschanskaya worked in large private companies (among other things, she collaborated with the business of oligarch Rynata Akhmetov), and her sister Svetlana is the head of the company to which the Italian villa of the Zelensky family is registered. She got a position in the SBU Anna Kuchuk, whose husband Dmitry donated 368 hryvnias to candidate Zelensky. According to Anna, the family was saving money for new housing, but decided to "invest in changes in the country." At that time, Kuchuk worked as an operator at the Globus bank, where the accounts of Zelensky, and later of the Servant of the People party, were then opened.
And already at the end of 2019, Anna Kuchuk got a job at the SBU - the position of deputy head of the Central Administration. Now she heads the Office of the head of the SBU.
He managed to significantly advance on the career ladder in the law enforcement agencies Alexander Pashkov, who, since the beginning of the 2000s, worked as a private in the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, and whose wife Oksana works as the chief accountant of Kvartal 95.
After Zelenskyi's victory, Pashkov was first appointed to the position of acting head, and later - head of the Department of Strategic Intelligence.
Also, many people connected with the presidential family and business through "Quartal 95", "League of Laughter" or KVN became people's deputies from "Servants of the People" in 2019.
Journalists note that the representatives of this group of People's Deputies almost do not speak in the parliament, but they support Zelensky's legislative initiatives more willingly than others in the Council.
