Rivne region is a region with many monuments of archeology and culture, rich nature. Rivne region is called the Ukrainian capital of amber. And this is not for nothing - because in terms of the number of its reserves, the region can quite compete with the Polish Gdańsk.
It is noteworthy that the President of Ukraine set the main task for the local government — the fight against the amber mafia. To do this, the entire law enforcement system of the region was rebooted. This, in turn, affected the final result list of TOP-20 influential people of the Rivne region. Experts National rating platform "Elite of Ukraine" gave the security forces only the second half of the list, hoping that by next year they will be able to completely eradicate illegal miners of natural resources.
The list of the most influential people of the Rivne region was headed by a People's Deputy of Ukraine from the "Servant of the People" political party Alexander Kovalchuk. Alexander is a well-known businessman in Rivne in the field of agricultural production, construction and IT. Kovalchuk is a fairly public politician, simultaneously developing a public movement and volunteerism (the "Space" interactive platform).
The second place goes to the current chairman of the Rivne Regional State Administration Vitaly Kovala. Before being appointed head of the OGA, Koval was engaged in the road construction business, was a member of the National Olympic Committee, a candidate for master of sports in Greco-Roman wrestling, and heads the Rivne Regional Federation of Greco-Roman Wrestling. Vitaliy Koval, in addition to sporting qualities, also has a task from the president to restore order in the sphere of illegal amber mining.
On the third line of the TOP-20 — Alexander Tretiak, promising and young mayor of Rivne, former rector of the Rivne Theological Seminary. Not being a ranked candidate for mayor, Tretiak defeated his competitor Viktor Shakirzyan in the second round.
Exactly Victor Shakirzyan took fourth place in the ranking of influence. The leader of the electoral sympathies of the residents of Rivne, he founded the political party "Rovno Vmeste". Successful businessman, developer, volunteer. In the second round of the Rovno mayoral elections, he narrowly lost to Alexander Tretyak, but later the newly elected mayor offered Shakirzyan to become the secretary of the city council.
Fifth place took Alexander Aliksychuk, people's deputy of Ukraine, chairman of the political council of the regional organization of the "Servant of the People" party.
Placed in sixth place Sergei Kondrachuk — Chairman of the Rivne Regional Council. Kondrachuk is a well-known journalist and public figure, he actively supported the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, headed the Zdolbunov regional state administration. The chairman of the regional council was elected by the largest party in the regional assembly, "European Solidarity".
The seventh term of the list is occupied by the ex-governor of the Rivne region, a businessman and public figure Alexey Mulyarenko.
One of the largest developers of the Rivne Region and the owner of the "Rytm" TV channel Roman Kurys - in eighth place.
The ninth place went to a deputy of the city council, a well-known businessman in Rivne, director of the local brewery "Rovne LTD" LLC Marina Godet.
Media businessman, owner of publishing house "OGO" closes the top ten influential people of the Rivne region Victor Danilov.

- Mikhail Zabluda — chairman of the board of PJSC "Rovnoazot";
- Oleg Vavrovsky — head of Rivne customs;
- Andrey Rudnitsky is the head of the Rivne Regional Prosecutor's Office.
