Rating of the most influential people of Kherson: power was renewed in an hour

Experts National rating of influence "Elite of Ukraine-2021" compiled a list of the twenty most influential people of the Kherson region.

Yes, each of the people listed in the rating makes a significant contribution to the development of the city, region and even the whole country.

The experts of the National rating of influence put it on the first place Igor Kolykhaev, more recently - a local businessman, and since 2020 - the newly elected mayor of Kherson and the leader of the party named after us "We live here". Kolykhaev and members of his party control the majority in the city council, so at the moment the new mayor is at the zenith of his influence on the political processes of both the city and the entire region.

He placed on the second line of the rating Vladimir Saldo - a local political "patriarch", a big businessman who was elected mayor of Kherson three times. Earlier, he was an ardent "regionalist", later he was suspected of ties to Russia, even later he was imprisoned in the exotic Dominican Republic for two months and almost lost his business, but managed to overcome difficulties and still remains an extremely influential person in Kherson. Today, he is the head of the "Vladimir Saldo Bloc" party, which has significant representation in both the city and regional assemblies.

The third place was taken Gennady Laguta - the new chairman of Kherson OGA and ex-deputy chairman of the regional council. We note that, unlike his numerous predecessors in recent years, he is "local", and it is with the Kherson region that his past, present and, most likely, future connect him. Laguta's advantages include the fact that he has never been involved in high-profile scandals and has no personal business interests. In addition, it is believed that he is connected with the mayor of Kherson Kolykhaev, which will ensure the general development vector of both the region and its administrative center.

He took fourth place Vladimir Mykolaenko - former mayor of Kherson. Although he was defeated in the last mayoral elections, he still retains influence and has a significant number of supporters.

Fifth place Alexander Samoylenko - Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council since December 2020. A retired police colonel, he was able to make useful contacts while still serving in the ranks of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Now, despite the fact that he is a newcomer to politics, his influence in the region has grown significantly over the past year.

The sixth place is in Vyacheslav Kharkavenko, head of Kherson sea trade port. He took the seventh place Carl Sturen - owner of PJSC "Chumak", one of the leaders in the field of food production, Honorary Consul of Sweden in Kakhovka.

In the eighth position, the influential first vice-chairman of the Kherson Regional Council from OPZH feels comfortable Egor Ustinov, despite the fact that local patriotic forces permanently demand his resignation.

On the 14th position is the imam of the Kherson region, the leader of the Crimean Tatar community, Kazym Muhammedov.

The 15th line of the rating of the most influential people of Kherson belongs to Vladimir Kovalenko - mayor of Novaya Kakhovka for four terms, president of FC "Energy".

Dmytro Gontar, chairman of the Kherson city court, was ranked 16th, and Aleshki city head, ex-vice governor of the Kherson region Yevgeny Ryshchuk, ranked XNUMXth.
The 18th place was taken by Vitaliy Nemerets, the mayor of Kakhovka, formerly the chief of various police departments of the Kherson region for many years.
