Another scandal is brewing in the prosecutor's office of the Odesa region. This time, it became known about a possible large-scale personal bribe, allegedly brought to the department by a lawyer from Bessarabia, Mladen Barduk.
As writes edition "Favorite City", on the eve of New Year's holidays, Mladen Barduk, being in a good mood, boasted to his entourage that the prosecutors of the Odesa region allegedly promised for 80 to close all criminal cases related to the raiding of an agricultural enterprise in the south of the region. Actually, the publication claims that the lawyer has already brought this amount to the department.
What kind of business are we talking about? As the journalists write, a few years ago, the agricultural cooperative "Enikioi", which is located in the village of Novoselovka of the Kyli district, was fraudulently reorganized into a private enterprise, leaving it as the owner of the rights to the cooperative. In the summer of 2020, it became known that a share of 69,37% of the enterprise was owned by Mladen Barduk.
The fact that the lawyer owns a controlling stake in the enterprise, his own declaration confirms it. Suspects in the case are the company's accountant L.V. Shider, V.D. Rogova, K.Z. Dobreva. and Stoev M.P. According to the publication, Barduk used them in his fraudulent scheme.
When this became known, all the disaffected people in the village were dealt with extremely harshly - journalists write that they were seriously beaten during the raiding of the enterprise. According to the victims, the arrival of "power support" organized Mladlen Barduk, and he also gave instructions on whom to beat and intimidate.
An investigation was conducted into the facts described above, but some law enforcement officers, apparently, deliberately delayed things. As journalists, police officers and prosecutors write transferred case materials from department to department, organized a "trip" for them to various districts of Odessa and the region.
