It is reported that a number of political parties, including "For the Future", invited their people to talks, where, according to the respondents, they insisted on the performance of specific tasks during the counting of votes, which contradict the law.
"On October 22.10.2020, XNUMX, I was invited to the headquarters to hold a conversation with me regarding the work of my commission. There they asked me the question "How will we defend votes in the elections?", I answered "Within the framework of the law." After that, they told me that "within the law" does not suit them, and they will replace me in this position," one of the applicants wrote.
Two more applicants reported that they were "required to enter false information on the results of the vote."
For such actions, namely, an attempt to falsify protocols or enter incorrect data into them, criminal liability is provided for a term of up to seven years. While guarantees from political parties are absolutely ephemeral — in particular, Kivalov was not protected from searches of members of his team and initiation of criminal cases against associates (Vice Chancellor of the Jury Academy, Minas Arakelyan).
