Employees of the National Guard and the police began joint patrolling of the streets of Odessa. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Law enforcement officers from different divisions and corners of Ukraine arrived in the city to join forces.
It is noted that preventive work on combating street criminal offenses is carried out in two stages. After the first preparatory stage, the law enforcement officers began practical stabilization of the criminal situation. After the exchange of experience and thorough preparation, the patrols went to protect public order on the streets of the city.
So, on July 17, law enforcement officers of the Odesa region, together with the migration service, worked on the territory of Arcadia. They directly identified foreign citizens and checked the presence of documents certifying their identity.
All persons who are in the country illegally were detained for further clarification of the circumstances of their crossing the border and staying on the territory of our state.
