The incident happened in the port of Odessa. The target of the missile was Zelenskyi's motorcade.

"The explosions that were very close to us. We didn't have time to go to a sheltered place, it's a very impressive experience. There is a big difference between reading about war in the newspapers and hearing it with your own ears,” Kyriakos Mitsotakis said.
"I know that there were victims today, I don't know all the details yet, but I know. that there are dead, there are wounded. You see, whoever is here, the guests are international, these people don't care, they are either out of their minds or they have no control over what their terrorist army is doing. This says, first of all, that we need to defend ourselves first. The best thing is air defense systems, we understand what needs to be done," Volodymyr Zelenskyi said.
