The mass media report that ex-People's Deputy Kivalov intends to build up the coastal slopes with elite three-story cottages.

According to his conviction, the only goal with which Kivalov is so zealously trying to maintain his position in the city and lead his party to the city council is access to administrative resources. After all, the construction of the slopes is planned for the beginning of 2021, and it is simply impossible to check such a grandiose scam without administrative resources.
So, according to Sazonov, the three-story elite cottages worth $500.000 according to the documents are a student dormitory, which should be located on the same territory where his personal apartments, popularly known as "Harry Potter's Castle", are already located.
"The leader of the Ukrainian Maritime Party is certainly not used to scandals. But this one has every chance of becoming the final point of his political career.
