The scandalously famous ex-People's Deputy, President of the Odessa Law Academy and Moscow State University Sergey Kivalov plans to build 3-story elite cottages on the coastal slopes of Odessa from the 8th to the 10th station of Bolshoi Fontana (practically to the very former Maristella hotel. Now - Stella). The construction of elite cottages was veiled under the so-called sleeping quarters for students of the International Humanitarian University, whose president is Kivalov himself. We are talking about the development of more than 6 hectares of coastal slopes.
The scandalous former People's Deputy received the land plot back in 2009 (Decision of the Odessa City Executive Committee dated July 28.07.2009, 868 No. XNUMX).
The sketch project was developed by a certain LLC "Studio - S", the director of which is a close friend of Kyvalov - S.V. Slyusarenko. It will be built, of course, under the guise of a sports and recreation complex.
The customer was the International Humanities University itself, which at one time had already received a piece of land on the 8th Fountain for Kivalov's personal mansion, better known as "Harry Potter's Castle".
Judging by the sketches and visualization, the students of Kyvaliv Moscow State University are really lucky. The president of the university worried about the best accommodation conditions for them.
What Sergey Kivalov called a camping site for his students' recreation will look like elite housing, costing from $500 for each individual cottage.
The height of each building is 3 floors, the area is from 90 to 110 square meters.
According to Kyvalov's project, VIP-level complexes are planned.
On the first floor of each room there is a box garage for one car, an entrance hall, a corridor, a fireplace, a bathroom, a living room and a dining room.
On the second floor, a bedroom, a corridor, a dressing room, 2 bathrooms, a pantry, an office, a children's room are planned. Apparently, for MSU senior students who managed to get a family with children.
On the third floor, there will be a bedroom, a wardrobe, a bathroom, a pantry and even a billiard room.
In addition to the construction of luxury cottages, Kivalov plans to wash an additional area of 0,55 hectares of the beach, build a parking lot and a restaurant.
Kivalov plans to build coastal slopes already in early 2021.
