The owner of the Odessa Dvorik restaurant and hotel, Gennady Kogan, grossly violated traffic rules and hit a child on Srednefontanskaya Street.
As eyewitnesses told our publication, a businessman in his SUV "Range Rover" drove across two solid lines and turned left under a prohibition sign onto Seminarskaya Street, where he hit a 10-year-old girl at a pedestrian crossing.
The girl received numerous injuries, she was hospitalized with bruises and abrasions.
Let us remind you that a few years ago, Gennady Kogan had a fight with a local resident in the yard on Uspenskaya Street, 17, who protested against the businessman's plan to seize the territory of the yard.
