According to his information, this is a man born in 1983, who most likely came from Zaporozhye.
"According to the preliminary interrogation, he came specifically to burn the epicenter because he disliked the director (he did not specify whom exactly)," the journalist wrote.
At the same time, the Epicenter building, which had been in operation for almost two months, was not officially commissioned. That is, the shopping center was operating illegally. There are also questions about fire safety.
