One of the articles of the "Law on Oligarchs" adopted by the Verkhovna Rada the day before is a legal conflict: three amendments at once that contradict each other.
Therefore, as Yaroslav Zheleznyak, head of the "Voice" faction, said, the bill will be re-voted.
"Why was there such a rush yesterday to the bespredel, so that today they will begin to fix it convulsively. They said many times that there are legal errors. Now one more vote is needed to correct the legal conflict. Otherwise, they will not sign," he said.
According to Zheleznyak, Article 5 of the law on how and who recognizes a person as an oligarch will be re-voted.
Most likely, this is connected with the considered amendment to the law by the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, Dmitry Razumkov, that the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption designates a person as an oligarch. At the same time, the second paragraph of the law states that the National Security Council recognizes an oligarch.
