How much do Ukrainians earn: rating of professions

The mirror of the country's economy is the presence of the middle class: they do not save on clothes, recreation, and, of course, food. Such people can boast of savings and afford expensive purchases. But according to Gosstat data, we have only 1% of such people.

"To classify oneself as middle class, a person must earn at least 1000 dollars," explains sociologist Anna Yatvetskaya.

Today, the average salary in Ukraine, according to the State Statistics Service, is UAH 14. And this is approximately 313 dollars. Residents of Kyiv earn the most - 530 hryvnias, which is 19% higher than the national average.

Anna Yatvetskaya adds, "It should be a legal stable monthly income, not a salary in an envelope. Neither the poor nor the rich, they do not recognize the subject of who holds the state. And ego contains this middle class. The larger the middle class, the more stable and wealthy the state is."

Meanwhile, a quarter of the population of Ukraine receives "salary in envelopes". More than 10 people work illegally. Therefore, it is possible to state that the middle class is almost non-existent in our country.

However, only top and middle managers, programmers, sailors and entrepreneurs can refer to it. These are the people who earn the most in the country. Their salary starts from 2000 to 3000 dollars.

Economist Eduard Karazhiya says: "The higher the minimum salary, the greater the probability that the salary will be paid not in envelopes, but officially." When the salaries of state employees will be more or less higher than in business, many people will communicate and go to work in the public sector, because it is stable there, there is a guaranteed pension, social security payments and there is social protection.

For example, in the Odesa region, a crane driver and a pipe insulator are paid 20 — 000 UAH. Installers and electricians can receive wages starting at UAH 25. And in rural areas, a milkman will have UAH 000. These are the highest paying vacancies on the Odessa labor market.

On the other hand, teachers and lecturers are offered a minimum of 5 UAH. Meanwhile, in neighboring Poland it amounts to 000 euros per month.

Even more popular in connection with the construction boom are highly qualified construction and labor specialties: architects and engineers with the basic specialty "industrial and civil construction", as well as high-rise installers, crane operators, etc. All of them receive a salary of more than 1 thousand dollars.

Pharmacists are always needed on the labor market. They are included in the TOP-10 requests of employers. The demand for programmers, most of whom work for Western companies, does not disappear either.
