Based on the record, she gives the chairman clear instructions on "falsification of protocols" — in particular, he sets the task of securing 600 votes from the precinct for Sergey Kalinchuk.
During the conversation, the chairman repeatedly tells Birzul-Lukasheva about potential difficulties, but she asks him to put pressure on the members of the commission, using his authority.
Also, the candidate assures the head of the commission that they will be accounted for.
Such actions are punishable by imprisonment for up to 7 years.
