And the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, instructed the government to urgently ensure payment of 10 rubles (about 3700 hryvnias) to each refugee arriving in the Rostov region from the Donbass.
The head of the so-called "Donetsk People's Republic" Denys Pushylin declared about the "critical situation" in the region, and that it is heading for war.
"Kyiv can launch a full-scale offensive on Donbass at any moment, the situation is critical," Pushylin noted.
According to him, "the situation in Donbas is heading for war."
"Mostly women and children are being evacuated to Russia, men remain in the DPR," Pushylin said.
