Acting President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko accused Ukraine, Poland, the Czech Republic and Lithuania of managing the protests in Belarus, the correspondent of "ElitExpert" reports.
"This is coming from Poland, the Czech Republic, Lithuania and Ukraine, which worries us even more. Yesterday you heard the statement of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergey Lavrov, who already openly stated that what is happening on the border. We react to any negative moves towards Belarus. For us, the most important thing is that no fire will be allowed in Minsk. Because this is always the case: it starts in the capital and spreads to the whole country," he said.
At the same time, Lukashenko expressed his gratitude to Russia for its support.
"Mistakes cannot be allowed. But you must understand very well: there is a red line, no one is allowed to cross it. If this happens, of course, we will react according to the strictness of our law. Therefore, please convey this to the people. Let them not condemn me very much for some softness. There is no softness here. The country is working, although many people (especially our neighbors) would like us to fall," he said.
