As reported by the same Telegram channels, the coronavirus was also detected in the rector and deputy candidate from the "UMP" Konstantin Gromovenko.
This information is kept strictly confidential, and classes at the Academy have been extended until October 25 — at the instruction of Sergey Kivalov. At the same time, according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, the students had to be sent home on October 15.
It is obvious that for Kyvalov, these elections are the last chance to stay afloat in Odessa politics. And student votes are the only opportunity to get an "entrance ticket" for your party to the city council.
