"Our observers monitored the process of premature campaigning between the first round and the second round of voting by candidates who had a chance to take part in the second round of voting in general. According to "Opory", in 7 cities, repeated voting will be held on November 15, in 11 cities - on November 22, and, tentatively, in two cities - on November 29. After that, the election commissions will have up to 5 days to establish the results of the re-voting.
