Admission company-2021: the list of those who can enter the budget without a competition has been published

Relevant explanations were provided on the website of the Ministry of Education.

In Ukraine, the 2021 admissions campaign is approaching, and it is already known what the minimum score must be to gain admission to the budget, and it has also become known who will be able to apply to study with state budget funds outside of the competition.

Corresponding explanations were provided to Ministry of Education website in the section answers to interesting questions.

So, a benefit for receiving the budget out of competition regardless of the competitive score, applicants who lost one or both parents during the military operations in Donbas, children of dead policemen and military personnel are granted.

In particular, children who:

  • have lost their parents or whose parents have gone missing in the ATO area;
  • whose parents received serious diseases during the period of participation in the anti-terrorist operation;
  • whose parents were disabled or died during the Revolution of Dignity;
  • whose parents are participants in hostilities on the territory of the second state;
  • whose parents are dead servicemen;
  • whose parents are dead police officers, or are recognized by the court as an unaccountably absent person in the performance of official duties.

When, if the obtained competitive score is less than the required passing score by no more than 15 points (for 25 points of specialties specified in the List of specialties that receive special support) the following will be able to apply for the budget:

  • persons with disabilities of I, II groups and children with disabilities under the age of 18 who are not contraindicated for training in the chosen specialty;
  • persons with disabilities from among the participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant;
  • children of persons recognized as injured participants of the Revolution of Dignity, participants in hostilities;
  • children whose parents are miners and have at least 15 years of underground work experience, or who died as a result of an accident at work or became disabled persons of group I or II;
  • persons using special conditions for participation in the competitive selection for obtaining higher education according to state (regional) orders;

When, if the competitive score obtained by the applicants is less than the passing score, but not more than 15 points (only for specialties specified in the List of specialties to which special support is provided (Appendix 2)):

  • persons who are recognized as internally displaced persons in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Rights and Freedoms of Internally Displaced Persons";
  • children from families with many children (five or more children).
