The Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security under the Ministry of Culture developed and presented a brochure entitled "In case of emergency or war".
The publication explains how citizens should act if the Russian Federation launches a full-scale invasion. The presentation of the allowance took place on Wednesday, June 23.
"The idea to create such a brochure arose after the last escalation of the situation on the Ukrainian border on the part of Russia," said the head of the Center Lyubov Tsybulskaya.
According to her, the developers of the manual took the Swedish brochure as a basis.
"The brochure can be read very easily and quickly at the moment of immediate threat. It contains advice on how to prepare your home, what to do during shelling, during shelling from small arms," Tsybulskaya said.
Valuable information included in the publication, she considers advice on how to behave in the information field and resist disinformation.
The book will be distributed both online and in print in Ukrainian, Crimean Tatar, English and Russian.
About 100 copies have already been printed. First of all, residents of the southern and eastern regions of the country will receive them.
The manual was developed with the participation of specialists from the State Emergency Service, the Ministry of Defense, the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and public organizations.
