The Ministry of Digital Policy of Ukraine is consulting with the creator of the Telegram messenger and the Vkontakte social network, Russian millionaire Pavel Durov. "I know Durov's team. I know the entire ego management, we communicate, we even consult on bills related to cryptocurrency, virtual assets, etc.,” Fedorov said.
The minister added that he was not "prejudiced about different secret services", referring to Durov's possible connections with the FSB. At the same time, he specified that "issues of state importance should not be sent in messengers."
Finally, Fedorov called Telegram and WhatsApp the most secure and comfortable messengers.
