The Verkhovna Rada adopted in its entirety draft law No. 3623 regarding the recording of labor activities of an employee in electronic form. The corresponding decision was supported by 265 people's deputies of Ukraine.
The bill provides:
— to establish a five-year transitional period for inclusion in the State Register of the employee's labor activity records summarized from paper work books;
— entering information on labor activity into the State Register through the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the form of scanned or digitized copies is carried out by the employee and the employer with the mandatory imposition of a qualified electronic signature;
— after entering information about the employee's labor activity in the State Register, the employer must hand over the original paper work book to him for signature;
— to introduce the possibility of automatic pension assignment with preservation of the person's right to postpone retirement.
If a person postpones the appointment of a pension and extends his stay in employment, the amount of his pension will be increased by 0,5-0,75%.
