The first places in it were taken by Rynat Akhmetov, Viktor Pinchuk and Vadym Novinsky.
In particular, the owner of SCM Rynat Akhmetov strengthened his leadership in the list, whose fortune is estimated at 11,544 billion dollars. Just an hour ago, in October 2020, NV estimated this sum at 6,6 billion dollars.
The second time was taken by the founder of EastOne Group, Victor Pinchuk, whose assets amount to 2,603 billion dollars against 2,415 billion a year earlier.
The third place was taken by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada and the owner of Smart Group Vadym Novinsky with 2,44 billion dollars. A year ago, he was only in fifth place in the rating of NV with an amount half as much — 1,224 billion dollars.
Petro Poroshenko, the second People's Deputy, the fifth president of Ukraine and the owner of the Roshen confectionery corporation, has, according to NB, 1,522 billion dollars against 1,492 billion a year earlier.
The value of the assets of the beneficiary of the mining company Ferrexpo, Konstantin Zhevago, was estimated at 1,497 billion dollars, and the owners of the chain of hypermarkets "Epicentr-K" Alexander and Halyna Gereg - at 1,462 billion.
Former PrivatBank co-owners Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov own $1,401 and $1,17 billion, respectively, the co-founder of the fintech company Revolut Vlad Yatsenko - $1,277 billion, and the owner of Group DF Dmitry Firtash closes the list of billionaires with $1,071 billion. The last hour ago it was in fourth place with 1,273 billion.
At the moment, the entire Golden Hundred "weighs" $47,4 billion. This is the highest figure since 2014, although it still falls far short of the pre-war 2013, when this cohort was valued at $67 billion in total. And the record was 2011 — $83,7 billion
Eight businessmen out of a hundred in 2021 control almost the entire metallurgy and chemical industry of the country. All of them were placed in the upper part of the TOP-100. Dragon Capital estimated their fortune at $22,2 billion, which is almost half of the total rating.
There are now 10 billionaires on the list compared to last year's eight and 90 multi-millionaires. Seven of the TOP-100 went into the red, 93 — into a rather noticeable plus.
This year, 13 newcomers appeared on the list, among them the stars of the innovative economy. These are Vlad Yatsenko (No. 8) with his financial and technological business Revolut and Maksym Polyakov (No. 14), co-owner of the space company Firefly Aerospace, which operates in the US market.
