In Ukraine, they want to introduce a tax on 14 types of part-time work. This is reported by mass media. So far, the official law on this matter has not been promulgated, but the mass media found out that such an idea is being actively promoted among legislators.
Yes, the tax rate on such income will be at the level of 5,5%. In order for it to pay, citizens will need to register with the tax office and use a cash register in their activities.
They want to spread the tax to the following types of activities:
- taxis;
- housing rental;
- working as a dog trainer;
- toastmaster at weddings;
- photographer;
- painter;
- nanny;
- domestic service;
- hairdresser (at home);
- repair work in apartments and houses;
- manicure and pedicure (at home);
- providing the services of psychoanalysts, psychotherapists;
- astrological and spiritual activity.
It is worth noting that if the total income from part-time work exceeds 153 minimum wages per hour, the tax rate will triple to 18%.
