As noted, 184 car models fall under the transport tax, in particular: Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Cadillac, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Rivian, Tesla.
At the same time, the tax amount is 25 thousand hryvnias. It must be paid to individuals within 60 days after receiving the notification, and to legal entities - in quarterly advance payments by the 30th of the month following the reporting quarter, which are reflected in the annual tax return.
Cars up to 5 years old and worth 375 minimum wages are subject to the tax. Currently, the monthly minimum wage in Ukraine is UAH 7.
