An old factory was spectacularly blown up near Kharkiv (video)

The workshops of the non-working factory were demolished with the help of explosives

Today in the village of Budy near Kharkov, a legendary factory was demolished by an explosion. Faience (ceramic) products were made in these premises for more than 100 years.

Several videos of the destruction of the plant were published on the Internet at once.

On the records it can be seen that the multi-storey reinforced concrete building of the plant was blown up by two explosions. After the planned explosion, a significant part of the building collapsed, but the reinforced concrete supporting structures remained.

The video shows that it was not only large-scale, but also quite spectacular.

Reference from "Elitexpert": Budyanski faience plant is an enterprise in the village of Budy, which produced faience products for the household and decorative ceramic products.

It was created in 1886 by a local manufacturer. In Soviet times, the plant was nationalized, and it remained one of the largest enterprises of its kind in the country.

The production was distinguished by high quality and artistic performance. In the production, the method of stamped (imprint) application of the image, as well as hand painting, was used.

After 1991, the factory's business did not go very well, and in 2000 the company went bankrupt, but continued to produce products for several more years. In 2006, the enterprise completely stopped working.
