The government intends to place refugees from Afghanistan in correctional colonies. This information was announced by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
The Ministry of Justice noted that the Ministry of Internal Affairs approached them with a proposal to settle Afghan refugees in three colonies — Chernihiv Correctional Colony No. 44, Cherkasy Colony No. 62, and Kremenchug Colony No. 69.
More than 5 thousand people will be accommodated there.
