The heads of three southern regions of Ukraine — Odesa, Kherson, and Nikolaev — appealed to President Volodymyr Zelenskaya to finance the construction of a four-lane highway.
This was announced by the head of Nikolaev OGA Vitaliy Kim, who held a meeting with the heads of Odesa and Kherson OGA Sergey Hrynevetskyi and Sergey Kozyre.
"The three of us signed a tripartite letter to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on the development of the M-14 road "Odessa-Melytopol-Novoazovsk". We are talking about the development of a four-lane road that passes through all three regions. We jointly appealed to Zelenskyi with a request to consider the possibility of including this project in the list of key construction and reconstruction objects of the "Great Construction" program.
