According to information from DTEK Odesa Electric Network, an emergency disconnection of the high-voltage line occurred in Odesa Oblast this morning, due to which almost all districts of Odesa and Odesa District were left temporarily without power. In this connection, the pumping stations of the "Infoksvodokanal" branch were de-energized and there were interruptions in water supply to consumers.
In order to restore the water supply, the vast majority of pumping stations were transferred to work from generators. However, the considerable capacity and technological conditions of operation of some pumping stations do not allow the use of autonomous power sources.
That is why, as of 11:45 a.m., due to the lack of electricity at one of the pumping stations, consumers of the Primorye district of the city of Odesa remain without water supply, and a decrease in pressure in the Malinovsky district is also possible.
Specialists of "Ukrenergo" and DTEK Odesa electric grids are doing everything possible to solve this issue as quickly as possible in the coming hours.
