Volodymyr Zelenskyy topped the list of the most influential Jews according to the Jerusalem Post
This year, the President of Ukraine was chosen among 50 candidates. His photo was placed on the cover of the issue.
"Few political leaders have risen to icon status, but Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi became one of them this year. He was initially considered an oddity—if anyone thought of him at all outside of Ukraine—because he played the president of Ukraine in a sitcom before playing the role in real life. But Russia's invasion of his country in February brought him into the spotlight and put him to a test that few leaders in the modern world have experienced," The Jerusalem Post writes.
Prime Minister of Israel Yair Lapid and Prime Minister of France Elizabeth Bourne came in second place.
