Recalculation of pensions for citizens will begin in Ukraine from April. who, after reaching retirement age, continue to work and earn seniority. For them, the recalculation is carried out after the acquisition of two years of insurance experience after the appointment or preliminary recalculation of pensions. Suppose, for those who will retire in 2021, the guard will increase by 24 months.

Supplements will be assigned from April 1, but will arrive in May 2023. Such a delay is provided for the receipt of data about a citizen and his salary to the Register of Insured Persons.

It will also start in April gradual increase in tariffs for water and sewage. It will take place in two stages. In the first stage, starting in April, the cost of the service will increase by 12,3%, and the second is planned for July by another 14,1%. The amount by which the price of water will increase will depend on the local cost of the service.

The price is calculated according to a special scheme and depends on the source of water supply, its distance from consumers, water quality, the state of funds, the extent of communications and other factors. Odesa Infoxvodokanal at the first stage increases the tariff to 39,57 hryvnias (20,16/19,41).

With the end of the heating season, the grace period of the electricity tariff was supposed to end.

However, the Cabinet decided not to change electricity prices until April 30. The cost of the service remains at the previous level - 1,44 UAH/kWh for consumption up to 250 kW per month (1,68 UAH/kWh — over 250 kW).

All prescription drugs in Ukraine will sell by electronic prescription since April. It can be issued by a doctor of any specialty in both a communal and private clinic. The presence of a declaration from a family doctor is optional.

The main condition for obtaining an e-prescription is that the patient must be registered in the Electronic Health Care System (ECHS). The recipe will be sent as an SMS message to the phone.

The Ministry of Health notes that electronic prescriptions will be introduced gradually. The doctor will be able to write a prescription on a paper form, for example, if there are problems with communication, light, or if the patient does not have a phone.

About 60% of medicines are sold by prescription in Ukraine, the rest can be purchased without a prescription, as before. There will be no expansion of the list of prescription drugs in April. Step-by-step instructions how to buy medicine from an e-prescription.

From April 2023 injured at work or those with an occupational disease, will be able to fully use the entire infrastructure of social services. The victim and his family can choose to care for the relative themselves, receiving payment for the service (the total amount of payment will be more than 10 thousand hryvnias), or to receive services from a professional provider, who will also pay for the state. If a relative will provide the care, he will have to submit reports to receive payment.

Innovations from "Ukrposhta"
From April 1, Ukrposhta clients will be able to use the new PRIME Small Package service to send goods abroad. It is suitable for sale on the Internet.

The price will be 8% cheaper than the most popular among Ukrainians service "Small package recommended".

In addition, on April 1, the tariff for the delivery of Ukrposhta parcels to Germany will be reduced by 60%.

Ukrainian citizens are waiting in Poland in April a series of changes. From April 1, Karta pobytu - a temporary residence permit in Poland - will be available to refugees with PESEL UKR status. Ukrainians who are active in labor or economic activity will be able to apply for temporary residence in Poland, i.e.:

  • Officially employed;
  • work in a profession that requires high qualifications (Blue Card);
  • conduct their own business activities.

If Ukrainian migrants submitted their fingerprints when receiving a PESEL UKR, from April 1, 2023, they do not need to come to the voivodeship office in person. Otherwise, you will have to come to hand them over.

А Ukrainians will be able to apply for assistance in the Czech Republic from April in the amount of the subsistence minimum within 150 days after the provision of temporary protection. After this period, an inspection must be carried out. The authorities will find out if the person has obstacles to not working, such as age, caring for a young child, disability, education, etc.

If there are no obstacles, from the next month after the end of the specified 150 days, the amount of aid to refugees will be the amount of the minimum necessary for existence. In 2023, it is 3130 Czech crowns (about 5300 hryvnias).

Payments of the so-called solidarity household allowance to those families who accommodate Ukrainians for free will be kept only if Ukrainians with temporary protection live together with the provision of housing.

And in Ireland, since April 1, the authorities have been filming ban for the eviction of Ukrainian refugees, which operated during the winter. This is related to the housing problem in Ireland, where there is a shortage of 250 places to live. It is argued that lifting the eviction ban will protect the rights of homeowners who, for example, are facing rent arrears or are planning to sell their property. Politicians claim that 10 people may be forcibly evicted this year.
