The Odesa State Administration reported that work has begun on the defense of Odesa's application as a candidate for holding EXPO 2030 as part of the research mission of the International Bureau of Exhibitions.
These days, March 22 and 23, the Ukrainian delegation started work in Paris on a research mission of the International Bureau of Exhibitions.
The EXPO 2030 Odesa team is represented by Evgeny Levyenberg - head of the NGO "Public Council of EXPO-2030 Odesa", Oleksandra Vasylenko - director of the Department of Economic Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Kyrylo Kryvolap - adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine and Anatoliy Zyryanov - adviser to the deputy head of Odesa OVA.
Also participating in the online format are the deputy head of Odesa OVA Roman Hrygoryshyn, partners from the communication agency Gres Todorchuck, futurist and ideologue of the EXPO 2030 Odesa concept Leonhard Herd, representatives of Zaha Hadid Architects and others.
The purpose of the event is to examine the application of Ukraine and the dossier of Odesa as a candidate city for EXPO 2030. The Ukrainian delegation will present individual sections of the dossier, followed by a discussion and a question-and-answer session.
