KP "Main Department of Communal Economy" of Vyshneva City Council of Buchansk district announced a tender for the construction of an anti-radiation shelter for Lyceum "Leader" in the village of Kryukivshchyna with an expected cost of UAH 169.
This is the most expensive purchase of an anti-radiation shelter in Ukraine, reports the detective agency ABSOLUTION.
The design of the shelter was ordered through tenders in January from All-Ukrainian Center of Public-Private Partnership LLC for 3₴. According to the project, this civil defense structure will be underground. There are premises for visitors to the educational institution and halls for staff, as well as various storage, engineering and technical premises that ensure the vital activity of the building. The shelter is designed for 540 visitors.
The specifications for the design contained the following requirement for landscaping: "To provide for the restoration of sports facilities."
The company "All-Ukrainian Center of State-Private Partnership" produces similar projects for the construction of anti-radiation shelters for educational institutions for other customers. Most, judging by the estimates for project work, include the restoration of stadiums, running tracks, volleyball courts, etc.
The expert report on the project documentation for the construction was made by Proexp LLC.
Ruslan Lysenko is the director of KP "Main Directorate of Communal Economy", Vitaly Yamshchikov is the authorized person for procurement. The mayor of Vyshnevo is Ilya Dikov ("Servant of the People").
The capital "All-Ukrainian Center of Public-Private Partnership" belongs to the director Ilya Sitkar and Valentina Nikityuk. Previously, the founders were Ivan Bocharov and Viktor Leshchynskyi. The latter owns the company "Proexp" with Serhii Kuchai and Petro Sydorenko. It was this firm that issued an expert report on the current shelter. Viktor Leshchynskyi is the president of the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine, the chairman of the supervisory board of the Ukrbud Construction Company.
