French President Emmanuel Macron is ready for negotiations with Russian leader Vladimir Putin regarding the export of grain from Odesa, but considers such an agreement unlikely. He said this on Friday, returning from Ukraine.
"We have to talk with Russia about food security and the UN Secretary General can join these discussions to take the grain out of Odesa," Macron said.
"But I don't really believe in this way, because I already had talks a few weeks ago with President Putin, but he did not want to accept a UN resolution on this topic," the French president added.
