The most tense situation with the filling of hospitals with coronavirus patients is in Kyiv, as well as in Donetsk, Odesa, Kharkiv and Sumy regions. The Minister of Health of Ukraine Maksym Stepanov reported this at the briefing.
"The most tense situation from the point of view of the bed fund, the fullness of our hospitals - in the Donetsk, Odesa regions, in the city of Kyiv, in the Kharkiv region. That is, those regions where we now have a large number of new cases. Also the Sumy region," he said.
And he added that according to the latest data, a total of 19 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 or with a suspected coronavirus are in hospitals.
It was previously reported that 59,4% of first-wave hospital beds for patients with coronavirus in Ukraine are full.
