In Ukraine, there is a positive trend in the incidence of the coronavirus disease: for the eighth week in a row, its level has been steadily decreasing. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said this at the meeting.
Shmyhal informed Zelensky that there are currently 243 active patients in Ukraine compared to 420 at the peak of the epidemic. The President was informed that this weekend vaccination centers began to vaccinate people over 65 years old who signed up through the Diya application. A total of 956 citizens have been vaccinated in Ukraine.
"Almost all regions are currently in the "yellow" zone. The Cherkassy region is the only one in the "orange" zone in terms of the rate of detection of cases of infection.
But there are already some regions that can move to the "green" level of epidemic danger," the Prime Minister said.
