A draft amendment to the law "On mobilization training and mobilization" was registered in the parliament, which proposes to exempt kindergarten teachers and sports coaches from mobilization.
The relevant draft law has been registered in the Council.
It is proposed to postpone mobilization:
✓pedagogical workers of preschool educational institutions
✓trainers (trainers-teachers) of physical culture and sports institutions of state or communal ownership.
The exemption will apply if men work in these establishments at the main place of work at not less than 0,75 of the rate.
As noted in the explanatory note, kindergarten workers and trainers are proposed to be released from mobilization due to the lack of these personnel in Ukraine.
