The judge of the Maritime Court of Odesa Andrey Boychuk for the third time appealed to the Supreme Council of Justice (VSC) with a complaint about a local resident who considers him her husband and terrorizes him. This is the judge wrote in his statement.
It is known that Boychuk dissolved the marriage of this Odessa woman in 2017. Two months after her divorce, the citizen began to pursue the judge.
At first, the man did not pay attention to her advances, but he became worried after she started threatening his mother and friends.
In his first statement submitted to the Supreme Court on April 29, 2020, the judge complained that the Odessa woman was writing mocking comments to him and other users on social networks, as well as threatening and spreading false information.
The VSP replied that law enforcement officers should deal with the situation.
In August of the same year, the man again complained about a resident of Odessa who did not stop pursuing him. She began to write him letters in which she described their "marital life." She wrote about fictional children and intimate relationships. At the same time, the lady threatened the judge to destroy his career.
In addition, the woman managed to track his contacts, "forbids" him to have a relationship with someone and assures that they will be together no matter what.
She also sent him obscene content and demanded that she be included in the income tax return because she is a family member.
According to Boichuk, the Odessa woman who is pursuing him has mental deviations.
The third appeal followed on May 31, 2021. In it, the judge asserts that the woman from Odessa already demands to support her financially. She called on Boychuk to pay for her dental services and classes in the fitness club. If the "husband" does not do this, then she will begin to complain about him in all instances.
