Users claim that their mobile Internet does not work, and when they request a call, the answering machine says that there are not enough funds in the account to make the call, although there is money in the account. Checking the balance (*110# and *111#) also does not work.
At the same time, for subscribers with contract tariffs, the call goes through normally and there is a connection.
"Kyivstar" reported that specialists are working on a solution to the problem and apologize for the temporary inconvenience.
