The European Union has added Argentina, Colombia, Namibia and Peru to the list of countries for which travel restrictions should be lifted.
"After considering the recommendation regarding the gradual abolition of temporary restrictions on travel to the EU, which are not considered essential, the Council of the EU updated the list of countries, special administrative regions and other established and territorial authorities for which travel restrictions should be lifted. In particular, Argentina, Colombia, Namibia and Peru were included in the list," says the decision.
Thus, the list now includes 20 countries, including Ukraine. Our country will remain on the "green" list for at least two more weeks until the next review.
At the same time, according to formal criteria, Ukraine has long since failed to meet the standards established by European legislation on unimpeded entry.
