In Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Health issued a temporary registration for the national vaccine against the KazCOVID-in coronavirus, which is undergoing the third stage of clinical trials.

"Sputnik Kazakhstan" writes about this with reference to the deputy chairman of the committee of medical and pharmaceutical control of the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan Nurlybek Asylbekov.

A temporary registration was issued to the developer company on December 31. Three thousand citizens of the republic took part in the third stage of clinical trials of the vaccine.

"There is no data yet. The other day, they just finished vaccinating the last volunteers," Asylbekov said.

According to him, if all tests are successfully completed, mass vaccination of the population with this drug will begin in March. According to Asylbekov, intermediate tests of KazCOVID-in showed a good clinical effect.
